My 2005 Jeep Wrangler may as well be my first born son. When I first took her to the guys at 4 Wheel Parts Chula Vista last June, she was in need of some serious modification. They hooked me up with a 2.5″ Old Man Emu kit for front and rear, Old Man Emu shocks and steering dampener, Smitty Built XRC front and rear bumpers, and Pro Comp Rock Krawler wheels on 32″ Pro Comp Mud Terrain tires. Recently I’ve added Smitty Built XRC Rock Sliders, a Hella FF 500 lighting kit, and a Warrior Hi Lift mounting bracket for my Hi Lift jack. My Jeep has been able to stand up to the trails of Southern California and Arizona, and I can’t wait to hit the snow this winter. My Jeep is literally a blank ticket for adventure, which I use as inspiration for my adventure blog insearchofadventure.tumblr.com. Now if only I could convince my girlfriend to buy me a winch.
